The springs 20 may be all similar or not, and some may be mounted with lost motion. The plates 14, 15 may be connected by a rivet (17), Fig. 2 (not shown), received loosely in a recess in either the flange perimeter or in the inner edge of the flange window 12 for the spring, to limit the relative rotation. The friction washers 27A, 27B, 28A, 28B may be connected to the respective parts either by axial tongues 30B, 32A on the washers or the parts engaging recesses 31B, 33A, or by recesses in radial lugs on the washers engaging the rivets (17). The washers may be connected with lost motion, and may have a low friction (e.g. PTFE) washer adjacent one of the parts. The washers may be axially loaded by a corrugated spring 25.

The device consists of at least one disk 1 with a recess 2 mounted on the hub 3 of the driven clutch plate having a flange 4 with holes 5, and a spring b located in the hole 5 of the flange 4 and the recesses 2 of the disk 1,
Friction washers 7-10 are located between the disk 1 and the flange 4. The washers 8 and 9 are made with the protrusions 11 and 12, respectively (Fig. 3]. The holes 13 and 14 are made in the flange 4 and the disk 1, in which the protrusions 12 and 11 are placed .
In FIG. 4 and 5 show a friction washer similar to washer 8 or 9, made with protrusions.
The embodiment of the device shown in FIG. 8, differs in the execution on the flange 4 of the protrusions 15 and 16, and on the disk 1 - holes 17, in which the protrusions of the flange 4 are placed.
The device operates as follows.
When transmitting torque during the engagement of the friction clutch due to the presence of two parts mounted with the possibility of relative rotation relative to each other, namely the disk 1 and the flange 4, a shock may occur. To prevent an impact, friction washers 7-10 are used, each of which, connecting during rotation with one of these washers, from which the first is separated along the axis of rotation by another friction washer, absorbs a large amount of impact energy, transferring it to overcome the friction forces arising between the friction disks.
For two friction washers arranged in accordance with FIG. 3, it is possible to obtain three friction surfaces, which in turn sharply increases the efficiency of damping torsional vibrations in friction clutches.

(54) DEVICE FOR GASH FRICTION CLUTCH CLUTCH 1 The invention relates to a transport engineering, namely to devices for damping oscillations of a vehicle friction clutch. A device for damping torsional vibrations of a friction clutch of a vehicle coupling comprising at least one notch disk mounted with the possibility of angular displacement on the hub of a clutch driven disk made with a flange having openings, springs located in the openings of the flange and the notches of the said disk, and at least the friction washers located between the disk and the hub flange l. A disadvantage of the known devices is the insufficient efficiency of damping torsion rings. Fucking due to insufficient size of the working surface friction. The aim of the invention is to increase its efficiency by increasing the working surfaces of the friction. This goal is achieved by the fact that in the proposed device one of the mentioned friction washers of the swirling oscillations of the vehicle with the flange of the hub and the other with the disk. On the periphery of the friction washers, protrusions can be made, and on the disk with recesses and the flange of the hub, there are holes in which the legs of the corresponding friction washers are located. Cuts can be made on the periphery of the friction washers, and protrusions can be made on the disk with grooves and the flange of the hub, while the latter are located in the slots of the corresponding friction washers. FIG. 1 shows the proposed device assembled with a clutch disc, general view, in FIG. 2, view along arrow A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 is a part of the device in FIG. 2; in fig. 4 friction washer, side view; in fig. 5 is a section BB in FIG. four; in fig. 6 — friend's friction washer, side view; FIG. 7 is a view along arrow B of FIG. 6; in fig. 8 shows an embodiment of a device assembled with a clutch disc, general view; in fig. 9 - flange with high blunt. The device consists of at least one disc 1 with a notch 2 mounted on the hub 3 of a clutch driven disc having a flange 4 with openings 5, and a spring b located in the opening 5 of the flange 4 and notches 2 of disc 1. Friction washers 7-10 are located between the disk 1 and the flange 4. The washers 8 and 9 are made with protrusions 11 and 12, respectively (Fig. 3. In the flange 4 and the disk 1 there are holes 13 and 14, respectively, in which the projections 12 and 11 are placed. In Fig. 4 and 5 shows a friction cl washer, similar to a washer 8 or made with protrusions. The device shown in Fig. 8 differs in making projections 15 and 16 on the flange 4, and a hole 17 in which the projections of the flange 4 are placed on the disk 1. The device operates as follows. When transmitting a torque when the friction clutch engages - due to the presence of two parts installed with the possibility of relative rotation relative to each other, namely disk 1 and flange 4, the appearance of impact is possible.
